Je Blogue pour un Maghreb qui se chante
Un article que j'avais écrit l'année dernière comme prélude:

Après leur passage à Meknès et Fès, c était au tour de la ville Blanche Jeudi 28 Juin dernier à 20h30 à l’école Molière.
Les fans et les curieux étaient au RDV pour vibrer aux rythmes des ‘’Gnaoua Diffusion’’.

Gnaoua Diffusion est un groupe franco-algérien aux musiques variées (reggae, rai, fusion, folk-rock..) fleuronnées de poésies charnelles et pamphlets engagés.
On dit qu il y a eu 1600 tickets vendus ..fort probable vu l’ambiance explosive sur place, une ambiance parfaitement canalisée par le chant du charismatique leader du groupe: amazigh kateb (fils du grand écrivain algérien yacine kateb).
Entre 2 chansons, amazigh n’hésite pas à dialoguer avec le public ..il dit que bouteflika est un petit président et rêve de voir un jour une femme présidente en Algérie.. sans oublier les paroles assez crues de ‘Ouvrez les stores’.
Les musiciens ont réussi à travers 2 heures de bonne humeur à communiquer un message de rébellion et de paix.
Petits et grands ont valsé chaabi et oriental répétant les paroles de "sabrina" "douga douga" ou encore "j’voudrais être". Avec des solos en option et des mawwals envoûtants en bonus.
Apres Essaouira 2003 et L’Boulevard 2004; Gnaoua Diffusion signe un magnifique retour sur la scène Marocaine; les artistes ont su marquer les esprits et les oreilles du public.
Pour la suite de leur tournée, ils s’envoleront pour jouer en France avant de réaliser ensuite un DVD de ces concerts, ‘‘Fucking Cowboys’’.

Avons-nous au maroc un groupe aussi engagé que Gnawa Diff ? Sans réfléchir vous répondrez Non, mais souvenez-vous Nass El Ghiwane et la cultissime version de Lbtana... "achmen fark binek nta wnta wnta wana" saupoudrée d'un jeu de scène limite choquant, qui leur a valu une belle virée en estafette à l'époque.
On pourrait également citer le jeune Groupe Haoussa, qui n'a rien de jeune. Ce sont les Rage Against The Machine Marocain... Maintes fois ils se sont produits sur la scène du Boulevard chapeauté par les anges de la scène Underground, Hicham et Momo... qui ont, un jour, eu la très bonne idée d'inviter des groupes arabes et maghrébins. Je pense en effet à LITHAM, le groupe de Metal le plus illustré d'Algérie. Je me souviens de ce Samedi de 2004 où ils ont fait une forte impression. Des musiciens Algériens devant un public nu et fortement ému sans limites sans arrière-pensées sans langue de bois ni de bras de fer ni de JT déroutant ou de faux conflits...

çà me fait mal au coeur et aux oreilles quand j'entends un Tunisien conter sa vie. çà me fait putain mal aux yeux quand je vois un arabe pisser sur son frère arabe. çà me fait mal que les marocains se sentent plus proches de l'europe que des pays voisins (leur origine).
Je ne suis pas fan des Happy Endings et je ne joues pas au violon mais Je rêve un jour de voir le Maghreb UNI se lever d'un seul coup, les mains dans les mains, pour s'octroyer sa liberté d'expression, pour vivre en démocratie et finalement pour chanter ensemble une force reconnue avec une voix incassable.
